Class:   Thai Reflexology This class will review the WA State law definition of Reflexology vs. Massage.   There will be a presentation on the history of Thai Reflexology and an overview of sen energy lines.   Hands-on demonstrations of Thai Reflexology will emphasize moves are in-scope of practice for reflexologists.   This two-hour class was developed and will be taught by Christine Freeland.  Christine is a ARCB Certified Reflexologist in practice since 2011 and a former WRA Board Member.   While a student at Seattle Reflexology & Massage Center, she took the Thai Foot Massage course taught by Karen Ball of the Academy of Ancient Reflexology in Saint Augustine, FL and fell in love with the technique that dates back to the time of Buddha.  Christine recently became a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Northwest Academy for Healing Arts in West Seattle in order to be licensed to perform the whole Thai Foot Massage session as it was designed.  This technique is gentle and thoroughly works the foot and lower leg for increased circulation.  Clients find the sessions relaxing and invigorating.
