The World Reflexology Foundation (WRF) continues exploring the powerful benefits of reflexology with our free, non-vocational, online series of Self-Help Reflexology.

In this workshop you will learn self-help reflexology techniques on the feet, hands and ears for discomfort in the Arms, Elbows, Wrists and Hands.
